Cancellation Policy

Booking & Availability: All sound healing sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability. Private sessions are available for individuals and small groups. Sessions with more than 10 people are considered an event and will be priced accordingly. Payment & Refund Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Expiration Policy: Single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. Package sessions must be used within three months of purchase. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited session. For group sessions/events, a 72-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Arrival Policy: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and forfeited. Health & Safety: Clients should disclose any sensitivities to sound or medical conditions (such as epilepsy, pregnancy, or pacemakers) before the session. Sessions are non-medical and intended for relaxation and energetic alignment. Session Guidelines: For private sessions, wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that supports relaxation (blanket, pillow, etc.). For events, the organizer must ensure an appropriate space and setup for the session. Event Considerations: Sound healing for groups over 10 people is considered an event and requires customized pricing. Event sessions may require additional setup time, equipment, and space accommodations. Travel fees may apply for off-site locations. Agreement: By booking a session or event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
