A Fall Mindfulness Experience & Fundraiser
Join Brown Eyed Girl Yoga for an intimate outdoor experience combining mindfulness, gentle yoga, journaling, and the calming presence of horses.
We'll begin with warm cacao hot chocolate, followed by guided mindful observation of the horses and intentional journaling. From there, we'll move into a gentle, all-levels yoga flow and close with a few moments of rest.
A Practice with Purpose
We're raising $1,000 to support four months of boarding, food, and essential care for Jazz, one of the horses at PS Wellness. Net proceeds from ticket sales will go toward his care.
