About Rest & Restore
Rest and Restore is more than a yoga retreat, it’s a reminder. A reminder that rest is your birthright, that you don’t have to earn your stillness, and that putting yourself first isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. Created for women who are always giving, always moving, always holding it down! This retreat is an ode to choosing yourself.
We get ALLLLL the spa treatments sis… and connect with other beautiful women. We support each other! Here, we breathe deeper, move softer, and make room for what we’ve been too busy to feel.
You’ll be held in community, guided back to your body, and reminded to not only pour into your own cup, but to drink from the overflow, not the reserve.
The Yoga and Wellness Experience
Expect daily practices that speak directly to your nervous system. From slow, intuitive vinyasa flows to deeply grounding yin and restorative yoga, every class is a chance to reconnect with yourself.
There will be sound healing to help you rest and reset, guided journaling to support reflection, and quiet spaces to just be. These sessions aren’t about “doing more”, they’re here to help you feel more: more regulated, more present, more in tune with your own energy.
A Touch of Bali: Culture, Beauty, and Soulful Connection
Bali is more than a backdrop—it’s part of the healing. During your time here, you’ll get a small but meaningful glimpse into the island’s rich spiritual and cultural traditions. From the sacred waters of a purification temple to the vibrant flower baths at a local spa, every moment is an offering.
This isn’t a tourist checklist. It’s a series of intentional experiences that connect you to the land, the people, and yourself.
