Cancellation Policy

Booking & Availability: All private yoga sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability. Sessions must be booked in advance to ensure availability. Payment & Refund Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Expiration Policy: Single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. If you have purchased a package, sessions must be used within three months of the purchase date. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited session. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and forfeited. Health & Safety: Clients must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before the session. The instructor is not liable for any injuries sustained during or after the session. Agreement: By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
